Our company is located in Nanhai,
Foshan city, Guangdong province，China on approximately
40000 square meter of lands。We have invested as much as 10 million US
dollars and have more than 300 employees。One third of these employees are senior engineers，engineers and technicians。
Our company is an integrated
manufacturing unit specializing in development and production，die-casting and precise machining。The advanced automatic production
equipment and production lines with precise CNC machinery enable us to produce
the engine component cylinder head for variety of automobiles and motorcycles,
compressor component for air-conditioner（using gas as power）, components for IT products and communication products and components
using in other field。Well established production system and quality inspection system along
with the sound management makes us leading in advanced R&D and manufacturing
capabilities。We also cooperate closely with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research
Institute on several aspects during the product development。
Our company has passed QS9000
certification。And we have
established a set of complete quality control and quality-assurance system.
Our main production equipment includes
casting machines，1200T high pressure casting machine，gravity casting，low-pressure casting，CNC machining center with over tens
of horizontal and vertical machines。We are capable to melt down aluminum 600-800T per month, and can machine more than 100,000 pieces of parts per month。
Our cylinder head is the assigned
product by many well-known motorcycle companies，such as SZUKI，Taiwan Kymco and Taiwan Sym. The compressor
components for air conditioner are exporting to Seiko in Japan. And communication
products are assigned by China Telecom. Since 2003, we have been trying hard
to become the OEM, ODM in metal machinery products for automobiles from the
companies over Japan, Europe, USA and Canada area. Now our products have entered
Japan and American market。
