Manufacturing Facility
Material
We
use aluminum alloyAC4B or AC4C as our gravity casting materials and use ADC1
and ADC12 as die casting material.
Mould
We
use AUTOCAD，MASTERCAM，PROE and other software to design
our moulds. The ordinary moulds are made by ourselves, and some complicated
moulds are supplied by professional and experienced mould maker.
Most
moulds are with the lifespan over 80000 times.
